On the other side of the diner, Arlene gets a call from the school. There is a problem with her son, Tommy, and she has to go and pick him up from school. Arlene asks the owner of the diner, Andy, to leave. He says no but she goes anyway.
A deer plays in a field and looks at flowers. Buck and Jonas goes on the hunt. The deer goes further into the wood. Suddenly Jonas activates a trap and he is dragged into the air by his feet. Buck cuts him down. The deer is gone.
In the car back, Arlene asks Tommy about how he is doing. He says that the other kids are picking on him. Tommy says that Mr Jippo means they do so because the kids are jealous. Mr Jippo is his friend who only come around when he is alone. Arlene asks if he is the monster in the pictures, but Tommy says that that is the monster under the stairs.
Billy takes a bag of the strange white powder that they found around the place and goes up to his office. He puts the strange powder in his safe. He also finds a letter from Ramona. She says that he should meet her at the fountain in the park by the forest at 10pm. Billy is clearly excited to have received the note.
Etta May describes that on full moon the dreaming comes closer, and this month particular, it is the strongest. About ten fae and some enchanted humans. Etta says there are only about four fae in town, so they have no real fae authority imposed on them because of that
Etta greets Buck. Buck offers beer and Etta says yes.
Billy is surprised to find Mary Ellen, Buck and Etta Mae there. Billy speaks with them all. When he speaks with Mary Ellen she says that she is glad that he is 'one of them'. Billy doesn't know what she means by that, and Mary Ellen looks at him in surprise and suspicion.
Billy Lee runs fast, then faster and then incredibly fast. He laughs with joy as he runs in the night, free and liberated.
Billy has been watching them, hiding behind a tree. He walks up to the pond when they have left and looks at this reflection. His face is normal, except for two large horns in his forehead. Ramona enters the frame and says that he knew that Billy was one of them.
The two talk. Ramona tries to calm down Billy, but he is freaked out. After a while she gives up and leaves.
