August 20th Thursday Evening
It was rare for the Church of Absolution to call for the whole congregation to meet at such short notice on the following night. But the tone of Father Shaw's voice when he called around announcing the meeting made it clear that something had happened, something that concerned the whole congregation.
Angus, Gloria, Joshua, Lachlan, Thorne and Vincent, the most reveared members of the church, arrived at the meeting and they saw that the rest of the congregation had already arrived beforehand, and that they had been waiting especially for them. The group could see family and old friends, all with the strangest mix of emotions playing over their faces.
The six members sacrificed themselves for the good of the Church and Edinburgh.
