C;reative; people as we are, the LoST members often walk around with half-formed stories slithering through their brains like unborn Gods. This page will be the keyhole through which we can see what the future may bring, should we ever open the door itself and let the tales out into the world.

Existing Chronicles

What Is Truth Worth

Richard! Our first game, I had a plot for this, but I'll be damned if I can remember any of it!

Padraig! Great game to get to know each other, I liked it but I think we have too many other game proposals.

Matt! I agree with P-didy

Mike! (ditto)

Gustav! I quite liked it and wouldn't mind going back to it at some point.

The Pennywell Hangmen

Gustav! Great game, would love to pick it up again. Sink Sylvester firmly into the depth of madness!

Matt! Yes (there is no No!)

Lost In Space

Gustav! My favourite game so far. If and whenever Jon is up for picking it up again, I'd back up for it.

Noble Deeds

Gustav! I am keen on continuing this game. There is still stuff left from my initial plot outline, and thanks to some spectacular role-playing I think each and every one of the main characters have individual plot threads to explore as well.

The Enemy Within

Mike! Would be keen to do the next instalment.

Dust Devil

Matt! Yes

Gustav! I quite liked this as a filler. Would be keen to do it again!

Chronicle Ideas

Demon, The Fallen

I have long been an avid fan of Demon: The Fallen. I simply love the background story of Demon and how the system works and the kind of stories the game lends itself to create. Therefore I would be keen on setting up a Demon story.

I would like the central theme of the Demon chronicle to be around what happens to the WoD when the Demons break out of hell and arrive on earth. One focus will be on humanity and human society, how it will react to the undeniable proof that Fallen Angels now walk the earth among them, wearing human guises. Marshal laws, curfews, religious zealotry, mass hysteria, social movements, tyrants, wars; they will all be part of the chaos that would grip the world. The second focus would be on the main magical beings in the world. I would limit them to Demons, Mages, Vampires and Hunters. All four groups would be greatly affected. The technocracy would not be able to keep the lid on the 'reality deviants' and loose control. The Mages would be able to come back, but afraid to do so due to the witch hunt on Demons. The same goes for the Vampires who now must be even more careful. And the Hunters would appear at the same time as the Demons and might be seen as Humanity's elite guard, if they don't get 'bunched up' with the rest of the magical beings and executed as traitors to humanity. And of course, stirring as a world-wide threat should the world fail to overcome their differences and work together lies the terrible Earthbound.

At the very core of the Chronicle though will be the divine spark of God, carried by every living human being. The Technocracy, The Mages, The Vampires, The Hunters, The Earthbounds, The Demons and Lucifer all have different needs and plans for it and it is there the future of humanity and the world will be decided.

In terms of characters and setting I am very easy. The characters could be evil demonic monsters or Fallen Angels trying to make the most of their second chance to put things right. Or maybe track down Lucifer to ask for guidance. As long as the group is more or less cohesive I am fine.

The Chronicle would probably be a longer one to paint a proper chain of events as the world goes through the most cathartic transformation in history.

Changeling

Old WoD: players are changelings, beings of dreams and glamour living in a modern world of increasing mundanity. Players can be anything from kids to grumpy old adults, trolls, sidhe, satyrs, animal fae more on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Changeling_The_Dreaming

Initial Concept ideas: Brothers Grim type tales. Satyr rock stars, Evil step mothers, Fae knights and princesses, Nightmare creatures, Ravagers, Artists, Prankin, the Goonies, The lost boys (without vampires)

Daniel! Storyteller

Richard! No, but could be convinced based on game description, Changeling is the only WoD asset I'm not mad about.

Padraig! I'm with Rich on this one, Not impressed with this WoD setting but still open to a good idea for it.

Matt! I got it thinking it would be like Neverwhere however after reading it i realised that i had been mistaken and that in fact it had been written by people who had taken far to many hallucinogenic substances for their own good.

Mike! Could be really good, or really stupid - definitely have to have a sound concept for the scenario.

Gustav! I second what Mike said.

L5R! An oriental fantasy RPG crouching tiger hidden dragon type game.

Heroes! A superhero game, at the level of the heroes TV series

Superheroes! A mainstream superhero game, at the level of the the X-men/ Avengers

Sandskiff! My (Richard) own system, we play tested it briefly, I'd like to give it a more serious outing.

Hackmaster! A D20 piss-take, and something I'd like to get ready as a pick-up when we're short games/players.

Fear Itself! Modern horror. I'd like to run the module in the book to see how it plays. 2/3 sessions, another gap-filler.

Steampunk fantasy! A dark fantasy game in style of the League of Extraordinary Gentleman. Probably use the D20 Etherscope system. (Matt: if your not sure about a system Castle Faulkenstein and Victoriana are both worth a look or Iron Kingdom for a slightly more "fantasy" bent)

Pendragonan! Excellent game originally by chaosium the people who produced Cthulhu (so yes there are extensive rules for going mad). King-making in mythic dark ages Britain much political intrigue, warfare and Arthurian legend.

Transhuman Space! A GURPS setting but thought i might use the cyberpunk/fusion system cos it would work and i like it. TS is a "hard" sci-fi setting set within our solar system and quite "cyberpunk" in outlook mega-corps, cyber/biomodification of humans, but with proper artificial intelligence, gene-modified humans and animals bred for a specific purpose etc. It is quite a cool setting

TMNT! Teenage mutant ninja turtles and other strangeness. very silly but quite good fun none the less. I found this and a host of adventures the other day when clearing out my stuff from my mums and would be keen to play it for a one off or something. Who wouldn't want to play a ninja cow or gun-toting badger!
