I;n; the 1800s, Scott with his lab partner Jules Legard (now Anchor) witnessed the birth of the Power of Electronics.

From his birth, the Power of Electronics was protected by his powerful father figure, the Power of Electricity. And although he had use for this new power, he never forced him to join with his own Imperitor. Instead he used all he political sway to keep him independent with the illusion that he would one day join the Power of Electricity's Imperitor.

Since Scott was friendly with the Psacrecur Chancel and its' nobles, he spent a lot of time there in their hospitality and was always spent his time on earth with the Power of Urban Myths.

In 1987, an excrutian attack on the Locus Celare seriously threatened their Imperitor. Seeing that it was time to make a solid decision about his future and the future of his Noble comrades, he went to their aid, In the battle, the Power Of Psionics used everything he was to stop it. Seeing that the threat was through Alien Technology, the Power of Electronics joined with the Imperitor thus empowering him further to withstand the threat.

In the aftermath, the Chancel saw immediate work going on to fortify in case of another attack. Being a new Power, this strongly influenced how this would go ahead, thus the Citadel was built using the ruins of the previous tower city. Shortly afterwards, the Power of Electronics using his newfound resources, developed within himself the secondary domain of the Internet which was beginning.
